THE RATHER GROUP (TRG) is the umbrella company under which the entities found here carry out business under the incorporations and all necessary licenses of Electronic Business System, Inc., and Electronic Security Plus, Inc., throughout the United States.

ELECTRONIC BUSINESS SYSTEMS, Inc.,  our Colorado office is incorporated and holds all licenses for the states of Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, Wyoming, Nebraska, Kansas, and North and South Dakota.  It was created in 1973 as a dealer for the 3M Company, supplying commercial sound and restaurant ordering systems, nationwide, to companies such as McDonalds, Burger King, Taco Johns, Village Inn, Denny's, and Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC), just to name a few.  Our Nevada Office (Sound Products, Inc.) purchased 3M dealerships in Nevada, and has since been supplying the same 3M product line, as well as communication systems to customers from Casinos to small businesses.  This division is incorporated in Nevada and holds all licenses for Nevada, California, and Arizona.

ELECTRONIC SECURITY PLUS, Inc., was established to provide to our customers a full line of burglary and fire alarm systems, both commerically and residentially.  Our mission is to provide our customers with a protected and secure environment, whether at home or at work.  This goal was enhanced by our product line, Enviro Rolling Shutters.

ENVIRO SCREENS AND SHUTTERS was created as the premier "Green Conscious" company in Nevada and is doing business under the incorporations and licenses of Sound Products, Inc., providing to our residential and commercial customers Solar Screens and Rolling Shutters.  Our mission is to reduce energy consumption and rising energy costs for our customers, while providing them with a much more comfortable and secure environment to live in.  As I said, we are the "premier Green Conscious company".  No other company in this product line has made such a declaration, nor strives to provide such a goal.  Additionally, Enviro Rolling Shutters is a product line which enhances our security systems, the first line of defense at the entrance level of every home and business.

WATER RESOURCES OF NEVADA was also created in Nevada and is doing business under the incorporations and licenses of Sound Products, Inc., providing to our customers.  Our mission is to provide our customers with commerical-grade Water Softeners and Reverse Osmosis units to combat the "very hard" water found in many states, including Nevada.  Of course, along with hard water problems, today, we are faced with many contaminants in our water supply.  While these are not lethal, they are not natural contaminants nor are they good for our customers.  Based on the high cost of purified water today, our company strives to provide our customers with the highest-grade Reverse Osmosis units comparable to that which is used by bottle water companies, albeit much less expensive.
